HOW TO MAKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM

We provide a 24-hour claim service hotline, should any accident occur. Our call center will provide prompt-advice and immediately dispatch a surveyor to the accident site.

MOTOR CLAIMS
 
Insured must immediately inform an accident to our Call Center
   
Preliminary information need to be reported accident:
 
Vehicle number
Insured driver name
Policy number
Place of accident
Contact number
Third party number (if any)
Short circumstance of accident
   
Insured will be assigned a claim number by Call Center.
   
If vehicle has been moved from the accident spot, please inform the surveyor.
   
Please wait until our surveyor arrives and do not commit any liability before our surveyor arrives.
   
Theft claims:

Please lodge a police report at a local police station and immediately inform Car Loss Prevention Center at 0-2245-9095 or 0-2245-6951. Then, immediately notify Kurnia for the incident and complete a claim form as soon as possible.
   
If there is any injury in an accident, please send injured to the nearest hospital immediately.
   
After filing a claim, policyholder can repair the damage at our panel workshop as your convenient. If the workshop is not on the panel list, please contact Kurnia before repairing.
   
 
NON MOTOR CLAIMS
 
Policyholder must immediately report to our Call Center
   
Lodge a police report at a local police station within 24 hours if necessary.
   
You are advised to submit your claim with full documentation as prescribed in the claims form directly to Kurnia Head Office or any of our Branch Offices as soon as possible.
